2019 FALL REGISTRATION
The registration fees for the 2019 season are:
  • Early Bird Registration - $150 per player; must be paid in FULL by July 8.
  • Regular Registration - $200 per player.  The breakdown of the fee is as follows:
    • Registration Fee - $155.00
    • Certification Fee - $10.00
    • Banquet Fee - $15.00
    • Concessions Fee - $20.00
The Regular registration fee can be paid in full or in four installments of $50 each on the following dates:  June 28 - $70; July 26 - $65; and August 23 - $65.
Additional fees for the season include:
  • Medical Physical - cost based upon your child's doctor (mandatory for all players and must be dated after January 1, 2019)
  • Metro AYF League ID Card - $10.00 (must present the player's original Birth Certificate)
  • Metro Bengals' Practice Uniform - $35.00 (shirts/shorts; mandatory for all NEW players)
All fees can be paid via cash, debit/credit card, cashier's check/money order.  The preferred method of payment is Cash App to the $metrobengals cash tag, in the notes be sure to include your child(ren)'s name(s), and age(s) as of July 31.  Cashier's checks or money orders should be made payable to Metro Bengals, Inc. Credit/debit card payments can be made in-person on the football field. For your protection, none of your financial information is stored.
Registration Paperwork and Additional Documentation

 

The Fall registration packets are below.  The All-American Division packet is for use by the 6U and 8U teams only.  The National Division packet is for use by all other teams (TM, MM, Cadet, JPW and PW).

Any questions regarding the registration paperwork and additional documentation can be directed to the Team Administrators (click on "Team Administrators" to open the page in a new window).

Please be aware that all forms must be completed and returned in order for a player to be included in the team binder and on the roster for the season. In addition, no player will be allowed to participate in any Metro AYF or Metro Bengals, Inc. event(s) until all forms have been returned. The deadline for returning the registration paperwork is Friday, August 9.

 

In addition to the registration packet, the following items must be returned to complete the registration process for each player:

  • Birth Certificate - A copy of the birth certificate is required for all players.  Provide a copy to your son's Team Administrator.  NOTE:  If your child is getting a Metro AYF league ID card, the original birth certificate must be present at the time of obtaining the league ID card.

  • Government-issued Identification Card (MVA, Passport, or Military ID) - DC One Cards are NO LONGER accepted. In order to obtain a Metro AYF league ID card, the original Birth Certificate must be present at that time and a copy must be certified by Metro AYF .

  • 2018-2019 Final Report Card (2 copies) - Report cards are required for all divisions, except 6U and Tiny Mite.
